Hi Backers! 

We are back with some good news! The first batch has finally gone through the U.S. customs and we will be sending out the tracking numbers for the grills starting tomorrow. The second batch is still on its way and we will send out a separate update when it arrives. Estimated time of arrival for the second batch to our warehouses is the end of this month. Backers can expect to their grills arriving early August. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns through [email protected]. We appreciate all your support!

The 1st batch is now checked into our local warehouse in California.

 

Please also note that our campaign ends on July 21 and you can still add any add-ons to your existing orders or place new orders until then. You can find them down below or under the "Perks" section on our campaign page.

Hi Backers!

We understand many of you may have questions about the shipping update we posted last night, especially about the tracking number spreadsheet. We apologize for not making it clear and all the confusion it has caused, as this is ASMOKE's first crowdfunding project we are also learning alongside many of you. We would like to let you know that:

1. Due to the difference in package size, 5lbs pellets and 20lbs were shipped in separate packages.

2. The spreadsheet we posted yesterday ONLY contains tracking numbers for pellets, both 5lbs and 20lbs (if applicable). No tracking number for the grills just yet as the custom is currently processing them. 

3. People that have ordered grills only do not have their tracking number listed, which is why there're discontinuous contribution numbers. 

4. While people who order grills and pellets only see tracking numbers for their pellets.

Please note that grills are on their way since the freight boat to the U.S. was split by order type. Pellets were loaded onto the cargo container first then grills on the next. Thus the order of receiving their orders will reflect as such. 

You can look up the tracking numbers for both the 20lbs (part of your order) and 5lbs (stretch goal rewards) pellets on the spreadsheet, and we will keep you posted as we hear back from the custom regarding the grills.

Some of you may have questions about why we are sending out the pellets separately with the grill since we initially planned to ship them out altogether according to the survey results

1. We shipped out the 20lbs pellets separately because we would need to free up the warehouse and make room for the upcoming batches; 

2. We also received many questions about the legitimacy and want to assure you that you will receive the products you purchased for as we promised.

Hello everybody!

Thank you to all our backers that have joined us on this journey! We appreciate all the love and support we received from each and every one of you. 

We are happy to announce that our first batch contribution numbers have just been generated! We understand this process is taking more time than desired and want to thank you for all of your' patience. Our mission is to create a healthier barbeque culture with an all-natural alternative that never compromises on flavor and intend to build our brand from here. 

If your contribution number falls within #0-1040, please refer to the google sheet here to find your tracking number. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Click the Explore Option on the bottom right corner; 
2. Search for your tracking number and shipping carriers by inputting your order contribution number, which can be found on your Inidegogo Backer's portal.

Hi Backers and Prospects!

While the first batch has arrived in the United States, the second batch was shipped last week. The first batch is currently being processed and unfortunately, we do not have an exact day to tell you just yet. Once it clears the custom and has been checked into the warehouse, we will send you another notice with a tracking number included. 

We are thrilled to announce that with all of your's support, we have reached our final $1 MILLION stretch goal last weekend! This is a HUGE success and we could never pull this off without any of you. A free stainless-steel meat injector syringe will be added per grill purchased automatically along with other free stuff. We greatly appreciate your support and will continue to keep our promises by delivering products and offering the best service. 

We will also be contacting those of you who have a shipping address outside of our shipping range personally email, please be sure to get back to us with your decisions by Friday 11:59 PM PDT. You may choose to pay for the shipping surcharge, change the address, or request a refund by contacting us at [email protected].

Hi Backers!

As you might have noticed, we have locked all orders placed between June 3rd and June 29th because the grills are made by order, and we need to plan ahead for the number placed. That means you will not be able to request your refund or add additional add-ons to your existing orders. If you wish to make changes or have second thoughts about your recent contribution, please contact us at [email protected], and we can manually alter it for you. 

We also have some updates for you:
1. Some of you have already received a tracking number. Please note that this is not the tracking for the grill; it is for the ASMOKE Applewood pellets that you purchased as we have them in stock. The grills will follow the schedule below, and you will receive a tracking number once we ship them out from our local warehouses: 

U.S. Pre-orders:
*   Perk #'s 1 to 1040: Mid-July 2020
*   Perk #'s 1041 to 2097: Early August 2020
*   Perk #'s>2098: Mid-August 2020
Canada/ Australia (excluding certain areas) Pre-orders:
*   All contribution: Mid-August

The 2nd batch has been shipped today as well as the pellets

2. Many of you have concerns over the delivery dates and worry that extending the campaign may negatively affect the shipping schedule. We are glad to announce that everything is on schedule thus far, and the extended campaign will not postpone any existing purchases. The intention of doing so was to prolong the window for backers to purchase our products at a discounted price, which will no longer be available after our Indiegogo campaign ends.

3. As we mentioned in the last update, the IGG Special Perk will no longer available after July 4th, 8 pm PDT. Then we will enter the final stage of this campaign and sell at $179/grill instead of $150. Take this last chance and save up to 48% off!

The first batch is approaching, a tracking number will be generated once it arrives.
