We would like to thank everybody that had replied to our previous updates regarding any outstanding indiegogo crowdfunding campaign order. We are working on shipping out all remaining orders and will be updating everybody with a tracking number spreadsheet.

Hi Backers!
It's been a lot of ups and downs the past year and we would like to start off by thanking everybody and apologizing for our shortcomings. The campaign had grown faster than any of us expected and consequently a lot of mishaps and mistakes were made in shipping. We would like to give a friendly reminder to everybody that hasn't received their order yet to reply with this form filled out.

Many backers have already filled it out and sent it to us. You most likely have a follow-up email informing you that it is shipping this week. Once shipped, you will receive a final email with its tracking number. Once all outstanding orders are shipped, we will be making one final update with a tracking number spreadsheet for everybody's reference.

Hi Backers,
Friendly reminder for all those that may have missed the last update. For all that have not received their indiegogo order yet, please email [email protected] with the form below filled out. This does not include marinade injectors and relate to actual contributions only. All of our remaining marinade injectors are shipping out in February as they are moving logistics providers to reduce all chance of shipping delay. For everybody that has already filled out the form, we have received the info and you would not need to fill it out again :) We will be finalizing the outstanding order list by next week and reaching out to everybody at the email address provided for further update on their order, as we will need to confirm whether it was unshipped, address issue, lost in shipping or just stolen upon arrival.

Hi Backers,
We hope that everybody is enjoying their ASMOKE grill! Don't worry if you haven't received your injector yet as our marinade injectors are moving warehouses, they will be shipping out in Feb. once it is stocked in.
For everybody that has an order that hasn't been received, please send your order info in the following format to [email protected]. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes, and if possible please provide us with a residential address for everybody that made a contribution to a PO box.
