Our 8th batch and 9th batch is shipping out before the end of the month. We'd like to apologize to our Canadian backers as customs has been a long ordeal and process taking much longer than we had anticipated originally. All Canadian orders will be receiving their tracking numbers beginning of Oct. For all US grills 9645 and above, backers can expect them before mid-Oct by the latest.

The month of October will be a big one for us! All backers can expect to receive their marinade injectors as well as register their grill once the official webstore launches sometime in between Oct 15-20th. We are working diligently to get out all smokers as soon as they pass customs and get warehoused. With the launch of our official website, will mark the beginning of a new era for ASMOKE! Hi Backers!
We have compiled all of the tracking numbers for all orders up until now into one tracking number spreadsheet. It is my hope that it will make things a bit more convenient for those that may have missed their tracking numbers from a previous batch.

*Please use the explore function and search for your tracking numbers by inputing order = (your order/contribution number) to return your tracking numbers.
Feel free to reach out to us if you are having difficulty finding it.
We would like to sincerelyapologize to our Canadian backers as we've missed the initial timeline set. We've noticed a delay of our freight passing through customs and hope that it is resolved as soon as possible. We expect to have Canadian orders out in 10 or so days. We thank all of our Canadian backers for bearing with us.
Updates Regarding Batch 7, 8, 9:
Batch 7 will be following shortly within a week. Batch 8 the week after, and so forth. We aim to have majority of our grills shipped out before the end of the month, with contributions in the 10000's slated for beginning of next month.
*Key Areas Of Concern*
As many backers have already received their grills, we would like to remind everybody to clean the unit often, after every use as the buildup of creosote and ash may hinder the performance of the unit and potentially cause unintended consequences such as an auger fire if not properly cleaned.
Please keep the lid open on any other temperature setting other than smoke mode as higher temperatures. Always keep the lid open in instances of direct flame grilling and be on the lookout for any potential grease fires, thus never have the unit's lid closed when operating with a direct flame.
In the case that you do experience smoke coming from the middle of the auger or out of the hopper, DO NOT unplug the unit directly. This will cause the ignition fan to turn off and more fire to travel through to burn the pellets. Any auger fire can be directly extinguished by setting the unit to a low temperature setting, keeping the hopper lid closed and waiting for the auger to push the ignited pellets into the fire pit. Once settled, you may switch the unit off and proceed with the set cool down procedure.
It is recommended to keep the unit plugged in for an additional 10 minutes in off mode as the fan will keep running and cooling the unit, this will ensure that remaining embers/fire will never burn up anything in the auger and ensure that you have a clean and reliable unit each subsequent smoke.

*Update on our Canadian batch: We would also like to thank all of our Canadian supporters for their continued patience, as our CA freight is passing customs, we expect to have all Canadian orders out by next week at the earliest, mid-Sept by the latest.
Address + Order Changes:
For those who require an address change, please reach out by email with your new desired shipping destination and we will make sure that your order goes there. Please make sure to reach out to us early as we will be unable to make any address changes once the batch has been shipped. (Preferably give us 10days - 2 weeks notice before your scheduled batch shipment date)
Marinade Injectors & $30 Vouchers:
We would like to remind everybody that are receiving their grills in the first few batches that marinade injectors will not be found within your grill's package as of now. As our final stretch goal reward was decided after production of the initial batches, we will be shipping out marinade injectors individually to all that have ordered a grill within the first few batches mid- September. We will making a marinade injector tracking number spreadsheet once they are all shipped out.
As per our $30 voucher, it is to be redeemed through our official webstore once it launches in mid-September. We will be emailing everybody that have purchased a grill with their individual voucher code that they can redeem on the site.
